Exploring Social Isolation and the Impact of Health & Wellbeing Among Indigenous Seniors Social support is a key determinant for successful health and is especially important for Indigenous people, whose worldview is based on relationships with family, community, land, nature, and Creator. Developing solutions that focus on interventions is vital to maintain the health and wellbeing of Indigenous peoples. The purpose of this proposed community-based participatory pilot project will focus on exploring the lived experience of seniors living on reserve and the associated impact on health and wellbeing.
