Garry Sherbert, Ph.D.: “Clinging to the Mother: Research Theory and a Theory of Research” Dr. Garry Sherbert teaches in the Department of English and is currently completing two books, both collaborative works, that will form the foundation of the third, related book on Northrop Frye. He has just co-edited and annotated Northrop Frye on Shakespeare and the Renaissance as one of the last in the thirty-volume set of Collected Works of Northrop Frye. He is also completing a book on philosopher Jacques Derrida and French Poet-philosopher Michel Deguy entitled In the Name of Friendship: Deguy, Derrida, and Deconstruction. Charity Marsh, Ph.D.: ARepresentation, Identification and Citizenship: The Politics of Hip Hop Culture in Nunavut >You Can=t Stop the Hip Hop=@ Dr. Charity Marsh holds the Canada Research Chair in Interactive Media and Performance in the Faculty of Fine Arts at the University of Regina. Her current research focuses on Indigenous Hip Hop Cultures in Canada, DJ Cultures (including EDM, Club-Culture, Rave Culture, Techno, Psy-Trance, on-line, community, and pirate radio), the production and performance of popular music in Western and Northern Canada, and on-line interactive media sites such as social networking and global connections in Canada
