As outlined in the Facilitator Handbook, each of the 8 weekly workshops has a weekly theme. The PREAMBLE frames the session in accordance with the weekly theme. The following 8 videos outline the preamble for each week as well as suggested activities and warm-ups that align with the weekly theme.
